Love running but due to... read more lack of stretching before and after; MRI found a torn cartilage on left knee. I have seen Physio but I must say they are not as good as Dr Josh they advice 20min stretch on cycle or walk hoping it will heal. I get too bored doing this so join a gym hoping to strengthen them muscle. I must say I am NOT a fan of getting part of my Body cracked especially the Neck!🤔 I get paranoid but Dr Josh assured me it will be ok. I put my 🤛trust in Dr Josh that it will be ok and yes I walked out of there with a huge relief also knowing some of the causes of my underlying issues that have contributed to these ongoing injury. My first time ever experienced seeing a Chiropractor - Kinesiology👌👌👌👌I will continue to share this to family and friends. Thank you Dr Josh & thank you cousin Kathleen for referring me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
